Cool site, just found you guys...anyway, I am trying to get several jpegs to cycle in the same position on my homepage at a timed interval. Any ideas??

You need a piece of javascript unless you fancy delving into the deep dark recesses of Flash.

Larry is correct, you can use the Banner Ad manager. Just be aware it uses FP bots so if you're trying to get your HTML to validate or you don't have the FPSEs on your host, use javascript.
