permissions to publish

When I try to connect FrontPage to the web server, I am successful when I enter an admin username/password in the login box, but not when I try with a non-admin server account. Are there some FrontPage permissions that need to be set?

To publish with FrontPage, you NEED to have admin privliges to the account to be able to add/modify/delete files.
