Submit to Yahoo - 11/8/2005 21:21:43
I have a business site www.sunembroideryscreenprinting.com that I think is informational but I really don't know. Should I try to submit to Yahoo as a free submission? Thanks.

There isn't much point ... they have found you already:

Thanks! When I follow your link I can see some of the changes I've made on the site even though I haven't published all of these changes (lost template name Mad1445 & added meta tag description on Home page but still missing description information under Comments page) but why when I just do a search for " sun embroidery screen printing" don't I get these changes? Are there different published versions of my site "out there" in Yahoo? Or, I need to publish these changes before I can find them using my search method???

Yahoo and Google and I guess other search engines have a cache of pages. When they spider your site, on average once a month (maybe more) they store everything they find. If you delete a page it won't disappear from the cache immediately.

I believe Google hangs on to them for at least a month after they've vanished in case you put them back again.

This only happens with different page names. If you update an existing page content then the new stuff will appear almost immediately
