Troubles!!! - 8/30/2001 20:29:00
I do not know what is wrong here, and I'm at the end of my rope and my deadline. I have an instructor who designed her own web for classes and I am trying to incorporate it into our college web. Usually, I have no problems -- about a dozen other instructors have done their own webs and everything worked perfectly when I brought it in.

This one was done using a FP theme. Our site doesn't use a theme, but I didn't think this should be the problem... When I viewed the web off directly off the disk it was saved on, it works perfectly. However, when I try to open the pages from the disk in FP, it did not bring the theme over. I copied the folder directly onto our web and same thing happens.

Has this kind of thing happened to anyone else? Does anybody have any suggestions? I hope I've given enough info here -- I keep thinking it must be some little thing I'm overlooking....

Oh, the STRESS of trying to do everything on the first week of classes! AARRGGH! I need a margarita or something.

For a theme to work you will have to publish to the server where you want the theme based web....

Publish the web to the destination folder.

Thanks for the replies! I obviously am dense when it comes to themes (don't like themes)!

I got it to work! I had copied and pasted the folder into the web but it wouldn't work... finally converted the folder to a web and tada!!!! It worked!
