Solveded - 11/11/2005 12:06:12 I have a user whose browser, for whatever reason, doesn't see formatting. I'd have them check out Opera and FF just to see if they get the same thing. If I log into the machine with my user ID the browser renders fine.

Any site visited, no background color, font size and color not formatted, just plain vanilla viewing.

It seems to be user specific more than anything else. I've been told NOT to install any other browsers than IE but hey, it's in the name of troubleshooting right?
