Website Monitoring Tools - 11/14/2005 11:03:34
A good webmaster should never forget about tracking of his server's downtime. And if the server is down, some urgent measures need to be taken.

Of course, it's much easier to rely on a professional website monitoring service.

How should one choose a really good web-monitoring? Opinions, please. What is your own experience?

My experience is that people who come to the forum and on their very first post - promote their own site are scum spammers. What is your opinion?

Agreed, Dan. Andy, get lost.

Gee, I do hope this isn't being too outspoken for the Mods. Last time I called it like it really was, the thread was deleted :)

Me thinks Andy needs to lob a smoke grenade and do one before he gets Wenzeled for spamming.

Nice edit Bobby, good decision to let it stay too. Sort of a head on a pike warning to others.:):)

We use HyperSpin ourselves & we are extremely happy with their services. SiteUptime is another good company to use.
