I don't have a lot of experience with Illustrator. I thought if I could find a template it would makes things a lot easier for me. Thanks!

If you look in the folder where you have Illustrator installed there should be a folder called templates and it puts them in there. If not, then I could ship you one of mine to try out but I have CS so not sure if it'll work with 9. _____________________________ If it ain't broke..... fix it until it is.
