Annoying results in Google's search

If you do a Google search for Burberry jacket the first two results take you to nextag.com/burberry-coat/search-html and nextag.com/burberry-jacket/search-html yet that information is very off base. According to the page's cache, it is the exact same page content as what is displayed now. How do these people do it?

I think they pay for those positions.
