Welcome Mahipal! Unfortunately, you can't know what "today's" PR is. Google updates the PR that appears in the toolbar every 3 months and at that time you get to see what it is then, I believe. My understanding is that during those 3 months Google tinkers with their algorithm, and for SE results they actually use an internal PR that might be different from the publicly visible one. I don't think there's any way to know what the internal one is. The last PR update was in October, I think, so the next one will be January.
