Good find and so true Nicole! A lot of sites forget that being accessible isn't enough, if people can't actually use the site.
I recently emailed a site I used to use regularly which has recently undergone a re-vamp to complain that as I have some visual problems I was finding their site very difficult to use now.
Their response (eventually) was there their site was accessible - the text resizes.
...but that text is a very light grey on a white background! [:@]
