I want to start tracking impressions across a site I've put together and plan to use WebTrends Live. On their site it suggests that the easiest way is to use a SSI whereby the bulk of the code in stored in a central file, and then each page I want tracked refers to that.

Any ideas of how I do that? (I'm assuming it different to an Include Page)

It is essentially no different from an include page and you can put webtrends code in an include page and use it in your pages that way - I do it all the time.
