I'm ready for the booos....
I use GoDaddy.com. I've been very happy with them so far. Plesk is easy to use and I can remote desktop into my server for down and dirty hacking.

GoDaddy is a horrible web host, their domain registration is great though. HostGator doesn't get good reviews on Webhostingtalk.com too.
If you want an ASP dedicated server, your best bet is come up with all the details/specs, and head over to webhostingtalk.com to ask your question. If you need a reseller account, I know of one place that has great service/support.

They have several shared packages, as well as various dedicated hosting plans. They have 24/7 phone and email support. Yes, REAL 24/7 phone support. Call them X-Mas day, they are there, call them at 3:00 AM, they are there.
Support emails are also handled quickly as well.
I've dealt with many hosting companies in the past, and they are hands down on the top of my list. The BLOW GoDaddy away when it comes to support. Almost every time I've had to call GoDaddy for support, I've had to wait at least 20 minutes before getting someone. In my 2+ years with HostMySite, I've had to wait only once to talk to someone on the phone, and the wait was less than a minute.
I've also heard very good things about CrystalTech Web Hosting as well.
