Server Extensions and Host Headers? - 12/1/2005 9:09:48
Hi, this is my first post and my last hope!

I have a Win2003k sp1 server with IIS 6.0 and a separate ISA server. I've installed Frontpage Server Extensions as well.

I have a web site mysite.com with a host header www.mysite.com and the site works fine.

My problem is with the Server Extensions. If I try to manage the extensions it attempts to connect to the site but nothing comes up. At the bottom of the browser it shows connecting to www.mysite.com and flashes the IP address of my ISA server, which is the default gateway of the web server. I never get an error either.

Now, if I remove the host header name and have the default website stopped, then the extensions work. It connects to http://computername.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Jamey

Then unistall and reinstall server extensions
