Problems Accessing Website - 12/2/2005 20:48:50
I designed & currently maintain this website -www.sherryfitzgeraldfarrelly.com - but at the moment I cannot upload new pages. I cannot view the site 'live' in the estate agent's (realtor's) offices (they have two) on any of their PCs, but the site can be viewed 'live' in several locations outside the offices. However, on occasion, I can view the site at home & sometimes I cannot. I'mhaving difficulty contacting the webhosting company to determine whether or not the problem lies with them or has something to do with software/hardware in their offices. This problem has been driving me crazy for a number of weeks, since I cannot upload new site updates, which is causing me some anxious times at present. Anyone have any assistance they can offer me?

If you can't get in touch with your host, you should find a new one.
Your current nameservers are:
308172.1.DELETED.JOKER-UNUSED.COM
308172.2.DELETED.JOKER-UNUSED.COM
Which seems a bit weird. However, it looks like your current host is http://www.pipex.com/
If you see this problem on more than one computer, it sounds like it is a problem with the host, not your computer.

Thank you for your response, which was both appreciated & enlightening. I checked out the nameservers for myself and I cnnot believe the results. The webhosting company (Acid Web Solutions) have contacted the estate agents in question a few times, but have never stated that the problem was theirs or indeed anything to do with the PCs in the offices.

I did a DNS report on the site, and there is definitely problems with the name servers.
Missing nameservers 2
ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
308172.1.deleted.joker-unused.com.
308172.2.deleted.joker-unused.com.
