Because life for me would be very difficult without my PDA, am pretty well married to Outlook. While waging war on the eternal fight against spam am looking for a plug-in. Have been using mailwasher for a year, but would really like something that isn't a standalone.

Looking for suggestions.

Standalone is just one more step involved with getting your email.

Well, I guess it comes down to purely personal preference, but I have used MailWasher for a couple of years and don't find it at all onerous to press the "Process Mail" button and wait a few seconds while it deletes the spam and then auto-opens my email client to download the good stuff.

I somehow doubt that you'll find a plugin that is anywhere near as good as Mailwasher. But good luck anyway [:)]
