If you have it on video, you need to have a video card with RCA inputs and video editng software. From there a host that allows streaming video.

I recently started messing around with MGI Video wave, it takes input from a firewire card and will convert the video to almost any format.Rather than go to the expense of setting it up yourself, you may find aking around the local dealers to see if they provide conversion services.
