1 x Validation error driving me mad - 12/21/2005 8:18:14
:) This is annoying me a little... Please help if you can.

this morning I had 54 W3C validation errors on this new re-working of my site and now I only have one. The thing is that I cannot see the wood for the trees, I have been staring at it for too long. Everything that I try in order to fix it results in a lot more validation errors.... Stuck! :)

If I am reading this right, you have not specified rows in your table. For your first table you have a <TR> tag, but have not closed it - </TR>

For your second table you need to have <TR> before <TD> and then close the </TR> before closing the table.

It's the simple things that make one mad.

You also gave me my 50th post, which has earned me a stripe too!

You do not know how right you were DPF... Well.. On reflection... You probably do... Althought the the pages are being validated with no problem. There is a CSS problem that I cannot seem to fathom.... I cannot get the Vertical-align to work at all.

The problem occurs on THIS PAGE but you can see it better on THIS PAGE... (everything vertically aligned to center)

Would you believe me if I said I'd been working since 11pm on this :) Thanks again. Prob worth mentioning that there is no vertical-align on the pages currently (removed until I worked out the problem)

Yes they did, I perhaps should've been a bit less lazy and had a ook around.. Grateful for the help though, thanks.
