vicsvw -> FP 2000 locks up Computer ** (12/22/2005 18:26:59)

I recently had problems with My Compaq 1220 Presario running W98se. It would not run Scandisk or defrag. After getting that fixed we tried to reinstall FP2000. It would lock up the computer every time. We finely copyed the CD to the hard drive and then installed FP2000 in Safe Mode. installed OK but now after a couple of minutes using FP2000 it locks up the
computer and we must hold down the Start/Stop Button to shut it down. It doesn't lock up when using other programs. Any suggestions? Thanks Vic.
