"Pre-populate" Database/Registration Form - 12/30/2005 9:08:56
Is there an easy way to "pre-populate" a registration form? What I am trying for is something like this: If I have an online registration form that goes into an Access database, can I set it up so that when a visitor types in their last and first names that would trigger the address and phone fields in the database to automatically be filled in on the form so that they don't have to type that information again? And also make it so that they could "type over" the pre-populated information if they wanted to change it.

Is something like this possible? Thanks all so very much for your help!

It can be - a database query will pull any values from a database and display them how you want. If using the DRW, these options are changed at step 4
