I am good at systems design, configuration and administration. But I designed this site (please have a look at the forums too) and frankly, I think we need to find a "real" web designer. (I take criticism well, so please be honest) http://www.ucora.org BTW, at one time the whole site was validated CSS and HTML4, but I need to go through it and clean it up again. Which I'm doing this evening. Though on the index.html, the validator doesn't like a js that I run to show the latest 10 posts from the forums. It's a little on the vanilla side but clean and easy to navigate. We are looking for a grahpic / web designer to redesign the site, but we want to get the basic structure and useability issues worked out first. Thanks again! (in reply to Mike54)
