Format my laptop (ok to do?) - 1/12/2006 21:20:08
I'm looking for a fresh start with my laptop. I've loaded games and stuff, deleted them, and had problems with them still "eating some space" (really small). I'm just wondering if it's ok to format and reinstall EVERYTHING. Also, how would I go about doing it? Thank you

What kind of laptop and OS? If it's XP, as long as you have your original CDs, there should be no problem. I assume your laptop has a reader.

Ooops. sry forgot to post it! It's a dell Inspiron 1150 with windows XP home edition. I have all the stuff it came with, so yes I do have the XP disc. How would I go about doing it however? (Dell's customer support sux, I can't even get a good hold of them)
