Displaying an Excel spreadsheet on a web page - 1/14/2006 19:41:07
Please forgive me if I have posted this question in the wrong forum :)

I have imported an Excel spreadsheet (landscape mode) into my website, but unfortunately, it appears/displays as a large document.

It is A4 in size.

How do I get my spreadsheet to appear smaller when viewed on a monitor?

An Excel spreadsheet should open in MS Office Excel, not be visible on the web page. It is not html code.

I have copied the "print area" of the spreadsheet and pasted it into a web page as a table.

It is the table that I am wanting to reduce is size so that you don't have to scroll across the page to view the entire document.

A html table? If it is you can you reduce the height and width of the table, either in px or % (you may need to reduce the font size to, to keep in scale).

Can you post a url or the code you're using so we can see what's going on?
