Another Publishing issue - 1/17/2006 16:20:44
I moved my hosting company to a new server. I have one client who just changed her dns last night. I can log into her account with her stuff and make changes. She can not get in to make changes. When she tries to use the HTML editor on Cpanel it gives her "access denied". Everyone sees the changes I made to her account but her. She has cleared her cookes, temp internet files and caches. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue. I am out of ideas. Thanks, Amy B

Ask her to ping her domain name to make sure that it is going to the correct server. It sometimes takes 72 hours for propogation depending on the ISP. Ask her to go to http://www.megaproxy.com/ and type in her domain name - can she see the changes?
