IE is distorting my images! - 1/28/2006 20:07:36
Okay, I cannot seem to find a solution for this one anywhere. I'm finishing up my first extensive CSS site. (No comments on the HTML not validating, please. It's because of the content management system we're using.)
Anywho, on our professional biographies page, when you first open it in IE, the photo is distorted. Once you hit refresh, it's fine. In FireFox, the images render perfectly on load (of course!).
Anyone have any ideas?

probably because you're using this
.pic {height: 30%; width: 30%}
and not specifying the dimensions in the html. can't you just insert images at the correct dimensions? or is itpart of the cms that doesn't allow this?

I'm doing my part. I at least suggested we line one of our rooms with thick padding so we have somewhere to bang our heads while minimizing injury!
