Yahoo Publisher ? - 1/31/2006 9:02:35
I heard that yahoo publisher is only for USA Resident. Is that true. Because one of my firneds recieve yahoo publisher network e-mail to place a add on his website. but he is not a USA resident. He lives in Asia or in subcontinent areas. He is already using google ads. But can he use yahoo publisher ads also if he is not a USA citizen.

YPN is in beta and have stated it's for U.S. only. I wouldn't count on seeing any checks if they are to be mailed outside the U.S. and would just keep Adsense until Yahoo opens up the program.
