I've got two (legal ones) both registered and non-transferable according to the licence agreement. Many regrets.

Thanks for reply Spitfire, this brings up a whole new topic of course...
according to my best findings on the subject it seems that it IS perfectly legal to resell OEM stuff. But if anyone can definitively tell me otherwise on the matter I'd be most interested to know...

True - OEM as in on the Original Equipment Manufacturer's machine, which despite ALL your references is how I've always read the licence agreement. Now if you want a 7 year old Win98SE machine, I can probably do one for you. I am based in Chislehurst, Kent- make me an offer[:)]
