I found one called the vigor something or other from draytek but they are in the UK and do not ship to the US. I searched and couldn't find one in the united states. thanks!

It is a good inexpensive choice that includes wireless, DHCP, firewalling, whitelist that you're looking for, etc. If you want to view the specific method of "whitelisting" for that router, download that manual (from the link above) and look on page 26 of the PDF file. TigerDirect always seems to have pretty good pricing on these things and I've never had any issues with them. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_tlc.asp?CatId=35 The other way (in terms of routers) would be my $4000 Cisco on my main LAN but that might be slightly above budgets.
