Hi,
I've got a client who was with a different hosting company previously, and they had a domain name there. The domain is about to run out, it needs to be renewed but since they are not hosted at the same place I'm not sure on the best way to go about it?
Should I get the current hosts to try and move the domain over and renew it? Who can make that request as I'm not listed anywhere on the domain registration??
Sorry, but I always find the non-technical side of domains difficult to understand. Real mental block on it!!![:)]
