Microsoft Developer Toolbar - 2/24/2006 15:53:44
Get all your booos out of the way for:

The Microsoft Developer Toolbar (BETA)

Features:

View DOM (opens at bottom of the screen)

Disable - Cache, Images, Cookies, Scripts, Pop up Blocker, All CSS

View - Class and ID info, Link Paths, Tab Indexes, Access Keyes

Outline - Table Cells, Tables, Div Elements, Images, Any elements, Positioned Objects

Validate - HTML, CSS, Feeds, Links, WAI, 508, Local HTML, Local CSS and a Set feature to check off all that you want. Uses W3 validation????

Images - Show Images Dimensions, Show Image File Sizes, Show Image Paths, View Alt Text, View Image Report

Resize - Popular resolutions and you can set up your own

And two other toolbars that I haven't looked at yet.

I'm pretty impressed.

I understand FF already has one, not surprising. I took this one for a test drive and it's fun. I'll have to try to integrate it into my workflow to see if it's also productive. I got some ideas right away, mostly when looking at other people's code in a "how'd they do that" kind of way.
