THis is off topic of Front Page but does anyone know how to remove the backgrounds grom images and have them match the color the graphis of picture is on.?

other than deleting the pixels or painting over them with the background colour you're very limited as to what you can do with paint. try the gimp for free (http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html ) or if it's just one picture then maybe someone here can do it for you if you post a link to it

ok, downloaded and installed. any idea how to remove the backgrounds now. I have played with it a little but cant seem to figure it out.
