Good! The text size isn't changeable in Internet Explorer, though. The text size that does change is all of the spaces at the top of the blue "Divisions" box, making the top margin a little big/small.
Also, its non-tabular data in tables, but it does work out OK here, I guess.

For your first real site, I say its real good. It fits in the 800x600 resolution, nothing is oversized, everthing fits real well on page. Im not sure why changing Text size matters in post above, I have never done this with my browser. Its a very freindly and professional looking webpage.
Nicely done. Im sure your next website will be even better.

It's an accessibility issue and an important one too. If you use px or pt to size your fonts then people using IE can't resize the text. Even though you personally don't resize the text it's important to give users the option and it's very easy to do this.
To solve the issue change over to %s (start around 76% and move up or down depending on the result) or ems or keywords such as small.
