*SIMPLE* Reports in access db question... - 3/4/2006 15:15:57
When creating a report in access, what expression would I use to add a set of fields in my table. For example: I want to have a text box my report that shows the total of my table fields A1,B1,C1,D1,E1,G1. I am lost as to which expression to use in the expression builder? Help!?

if it's a simple total you want try using the SUM function. Desi

What exactly are you doing? Are you trying to add values outputted from a DRW or are you just using Access? Desi
