Hi there
Has anybody come across any utilities for streamlining communication between people working from different locations? I'm looking for stuff like calendars, assigning tasks, leaving notes and messages etc. I know some of this can be handled through Outlook for example but I'm after something a bit more than that.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I used it a long time ago when it was called intranets.com. I thought it was pretty impressive.

We developed our own. We figured that it might cost a little money but in the long run - it would be worth it. That way we could add extras when needed.

Hi guys
Thanks for the suggestions, I was hoping to find something that was a one time fee but those do look good.
We can't take on setting up our own system as we're trying to streamline everything here to free up some time for other projects.

We used groove virtual network for some time and found it pretty good. We then got away from using any collaboration tool altogther though.
