Hi everyone,

In my website www.asook.com I want to add a shadow on the right side of it to give it a little 3D touch.

Could you please let me know if you know any ways to create a shadow without messing up my entire design?

Thanks!

Not sure if this is what you are looking for. It is CSS based. I only queried Google to show you all the possibilities...

Take care,

It would be somewhat more complicated to do than what I'm writing here, but this is the basic jist of it.

You would make a small drop shadow image -- maybe 20 pixels wide. Then you would add a 20 pixel wide column to your master table. Also increase the width attribute for the table by 20 pixels. Make sure all of the cells in the new column are merged by clicking inside the column > table > select column > right click on slected coludmn > merge cells.

Right click in the new cell > cell properties > set vertical alignment to top > set background image to be the new bg image you made in step 1.

At this point the very top of the cell will possibly not look right. If so, make an image to go up there that fixes the problem.

Thanks, I will try both ideas!
Look at the site sometimes and tell me what you think about it in general.
Thanks!

Webmaster of Asook.com

I think the site looks very nice. I don't really think you need to add the drop shadow.
