Hope this doesn't show up twice.. but I really need help! I have just gotten a new client whose already has their site up and running. I moved their site from their old server to mine. Now the asp pages are not working and I receive a 500 error code. Could it be that there is a problem with my server reading the asp code that is in the asp older format not asp.net? Can anyone help me fix this? I do not know asp at all!

The page that I am receiving the error on is: www.drdenmarksaidit.com/orders.asp.

Any help is appreciated.. . thanks a bunch!

yea, you got a blank page right? well I changed the error page in the plesk control panel to show a default page so that it would show the user friendly page. Nothing I try is working. I am thinking there is a problem with the script, but since I am clueless about asp.. I don't know what to do. I think I might try loading the script onto another server and see what happens then. Thanks for your help.

ooo.. yea.. I am really losing it! I forgot that I changed the dns to see if I had the same problem on my other server... well I have changed it back now. I can't believe how fast domains are resolving now. Thanks so much for your help. I guess I will just build another shopping cart with paypal and not worry about the asp. What do you think of asp? Does it really make life easier?

Depends who you ask ;-)
It could be something as simple as a data connection that needs to be corrected.

so you found out that there is an error in line 30? if you think there is something wrong with the code, I can ask the programmer to check it.

If you dont want to rebuild the code, then yes. If it was moved from another server (and working) then it should be something simple that any asp programmer could work out and fix. Send me an email if you get stuck?
