First work on your header image, it's badly pixelated and could stand improvement. Second consistancy is always a good thing and while your pages look very similar they display cells of differing widths and some different background images. Lastly I'd recommend that you place you navigation on all your pages so visitors don't have to return to the home page to move about. Only one question how do you mean pixlated? Not sure I get that one, and surely do not know how to correct it. I built it with Frontpage, the header text was created with their word art.
