Hi

It's fine in itself - simple design and easy enough to understand what's going on.

The only things I'd questions would be why you're using Flash for your navigation when you could just as easily just used images with links around them. That way you don't get the look spoiled if, like me you've got adblock working (you get Adblock tabs on every link - see the attached image). I'd say flash is a bit like using a hammer to crack a nut in this case - that's just my opinion though!

Also I don't like the way the link text within the site get larger when you hover on it - changing colour is fine but when it gets larger it makes everything else move.

Finally there are some image links that have hover effects when you hover the mouse over them but don't actually go anywhere - which could be confusing.

I'd also think about maybe having sa home link which is obvious in the top nav - I found the one in the bottom link by accident. It might be nice to have some sort of contact details on every page - just an email addy would do!

The main heading that moves from the top right to the centre of the page when you change pages also distracted me.

its a big table with a lot of little flash movies in each cell, and... you are asking about your search engine optimization?

there are other ways to look at this.

don't think so

yes, and .asp pages too.

I just don't see many SEO consultants recommending flash buttons as the main way to improve search engine ranking. I am assuming that you are using this method to enable you to use a font that browsers may not have access to. Okay, that's a good reason to do it this way.

image rollovers with javascript or CSS (you are already using javascript) Im not saying you have do this differently, just that there are other ways to consider if SEO is important.

Having chosen this format I think you have actually done a very good job so far.
