getting found in search - 4/27/2006 17:14:16
Is this possible??

I am making my web in photoshop then tweaking in DW8

in the category section of my web page i have rollovers that i am making with PS styles. is there a way to do the rollovers in ps then re-enter the name of the item in dw in an <h> tag to be found in a search, but not show up on the page?

thanks

My short answer is 'yes', but I have no clue about building sites using PhotoShop. I suspect the code will not be the best, but I could be wrong.

What you're thinking of doing is considered spam by the search engines and if they catch you, they will likely penalize or ban your site. I don't have anything against doing it, but you should know the risks - and I think, based upon your question, you will not fare well.

oh..... i didnt realize that. that was not my intention. just that i like the styles and its easier to do the rollovers in ps, when i save as optimized it writes the code then when i open it in dw, i can go into the code and do some more work there.

thanks, i wont do that then
