I think what Womble meant was with other hover galleries you have to wait for the thumbs to load and then the full size as well. _____________________________ If it ain't broke..... fix it until it is. No java, plain CSS Hi Jurgen - I liked that as well and added something similar to our main corporate Intranet last year, but had a few users whine, so removed it. 1 or 2 grumbles I usually ignore, depending on who they are, but there was a handful of sensible people who were not keen on it. I think people prefer galleries where the user is in control. The main complaint was that they did not like the image opening if they unintentionally moved the mouse across it - even though I noted that on the gallery page. Fair enough really, I too like being in control of what larger images I see and want to control the opening and closing. I did run it by a few people and they all liked it. Maybe a note on the page might work: Warning, do not move mouse over the images.... it might bite you.... (in reply to rubyaim)

Funnily enough I did have a note on the gallery page saying when the larger image would appear (though I neglected to add it would bite ).
