links that turn bold when i hover on them are really nasty! also don't underline words that aren't links
the all centred text looks bad and is hard to read

your 'can-do man' card is all blurry

the content seems ok but the look is a bit bleak!

I like! That's a big improvement! :)
...but...

...there's not much contrast between the grey of the "Sean D Murphy" and the background, so if you're eyes ain't what they once were (or if you're using a LCD monitor), it's difficult to make out. I'd make that grey a little darker. Personally I'd also use a different colour to underline the nav as well, just to add a little bit of colour (red?).

I like the look though! Nice job! :)

Sean that's a big improvement!

Apart from.... OH MY GOD!! NOOOOoooooo! I can't mention it... You know what I'm talking about Sean don't you? I'll give you a clue - "mouse effects".

Apart from... that... thing.... all I'd add would be that it's best to avoid centred text at all costs - it's quite hard to read (I'd say it's ok with the lyrics - but that's all). I'd also add in some left/right margins or padding just to hold the text away from the edge of the page.

Finally - that paragraph that says if people are having trouble viewing the page they should go see Java or Macromedia? Won't help them much so I'd dump it.

gotta say a huge thanks to you guys for taking time to help:)you rock

lmao TS sorry about the eyes but there good fun, should make the kids laugh.
Dave the compass graphic is a theme from front page 2003, now that I know how to change the themes I might have a play with that:).
Took me awhile to figure out how to change FP theme, namely the nav underline.

k here is the latest

sean

changes made - contrast, nav underline, centred text, padding, paragraph removed and of course put a link to this site in my links page.

cheers

sean
