I just installed the new SQL Server 2005 Express. I also created a Domain instead of having a Workgroup as before and it setup a DNS server. Everything seems to be working fine but I just noticed that when trying FTP to my host for one of my sites, it says it can't resolve the name. I have no problem going to my intranet sites nor with getting to any WWW sites with the browser , just this one site which I haven't moved to my own home web server. Is there something in the new DNS server which needs to be setup so FTP can resolve this site name? It uses a URL of master.sitename.com.
I'm guessing there is something I need to change since the install changed the DNS address to internal 127.0.0.1 from my ISP's DNS addresses. Appreciate any help on this.
