starting from the top...
webmasters logo looks blurred because the drop shadow is offset too far and is too strong

google logo has a halo around it

i like the purple/pink header banner
FAQ link doesn't work

personally i hate sites that tell me the date and the time: i have a clock in my sys tray (tells the date too) and a clock on my desk and the wall... well you get the picture (also your clockis slow by 6 mintues!)

the main links across the top need more padding below them so the underline isn't lost against the border below

spinning gifs with halos (poor antialiasing) - ah reminds me of the 90's... they're annoying and you can't even click on them even they say 'enter'

nasty font - not enough line spacing and the text looks sqaushed together: can''t be bothered to read much of that

link colour - nice but too dark against black

i assume that you're croatian and i know how hard it is too speak another language (even English;) but i'm going to be judging your site against other English speaking sites and i get tired with poor grammar, poor punctuation and it reflects badly on your site even though you are trying hard!

main menu is too big and plain - try it in purple with white text

altogether your site wouldn't convince me to read further than i have due to the sprawling nature - text rambles and there are too many ads and extra bits everywhere. with some tidying up and a bit more of a neater, more professional presentation it might be good :)

sorry to be so negative. [edit] well actually i'm not sorry because that's what you asked for and i hope that i gave you enough constructive feedback to develop your site further!

good luck :)

I agree with Dave, I think you should head back to the drawing board.

Oh, and I won't delete this one as it is after all in the correct forum for (apparently) the right reason. The other however...:)

Sorry I agree as well. You're not going to make a lot of money with that site as it's hard to read, too much on there, messy..........
