The server timed out! - 5/24/2006 7:21:19
First of all I want to say thank you all for this great web, and it really helps with some issues.

There is a problem that I can not find any answear to on this great forum, perhaps I just did not look well enough, so I apolagize in the beginning, and also for my english :)

User side error : The server timed out. The
current request did not complete successfully

Server side error : Error #80002 Message: System exception: access violation.

Description of error :
The user complains about not be able to open one particular folder on the server

Other relative information :
The folder we are talking about has 2000 objects (html pages) ;

WEB PAGE STATS
Total size : 341 mb
Total number of files : 28601
Total number of folders : 541

---------------------------------------
Some thoughts :

It is interesting that this folder stops at 2000 objects, thou I haven´t been able to find any information about limitation per se.
It is also interesting that we are having a image folder that has around 3000 pictures inside, perhaps this has something to do with how frontpage works things differently (html object needs more work for frontpage)

I myself will be the first to admit that I have no experience with user side of frontpage, and any help would be really appreciated.

If you need further info please ask, and I will try to answear :)

"warm" regards from Iceland,
^geb

Well, the first thing I can think of is that the folder is too big! Consider a different structure or try subwebs...
