Hi All,
I'm having a serious issue w/ one of my FP forums. I'm using FP2002. I've created a survey using the FP Forum, and have a option button system set up. However, when I published the forum or test the form..it only allows me to choose ONE option through all 20 questions. Did I set it up wrong? Do I recreate it?? Is it an easy fix?? Your help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry..it's late...LOL..I meant FORM help..not forum...guess my brain thought as I'm typing in a forum..that's how I spell form...LOL...
