Trouble is not everyone has the tools to do it and if you give them the Big Boy's Toys like Photoshop they're completely out of their depth soooo, I thought a sticky full of useful free graphics tools would come in handy. Please post the link What: , why you think it's good Why: and the level you think it's for Who: I'll start you off with What: Pix Resizer Why: Does exactly what it says on the tin. Resizes images. Very straightforward. No bells and whistles just resizing.
