what to do after slicing in PS? - 6/25/2006 17:56:32
I save for web, but all it does is save each slice as a . gif (want them as .jpgs, but even though i select .jpg out of the drop down menu, they are .gifs), and where is the .html page it's supposed to go on? I'm on CS if that makes any difference...

After that, how do I get all of the slices in the right position then?

By either creating a table and adding the images into individual cells or by using CSS.

I got it, I had to open it in imageready, then 'save optimized as' and it did it all automatically.

i realize i'm responding to a post from awhile ago, but it sounds like you've been able to post an image with slices, and probably roll-overs, into frontpage. i've been having huge probems in this area- it never brings in the rollover states and sometimes doesnt even bring in the pictures its constructed out of. please help!
