If you're thinking of upgrading to Windows Xp, but you're wondering whether your computer, hardware, and software are compatible, Microsoft actually offers a program you can use to test your machine. You'll have to download a 32MB file, and you'll probably have to remove your virus protection temporarily, but it may give you some piece of mind.
