search bot not holding indexing instruction - 6/28/2006 11:25:02
I need to restrict the Search bot's scope to one directory. The book says I can do this using the Indexing Service, so I've set that up, and started it, apparently correctly.
But although the bot did appear with an indexing phrase in it, it was set to 0, and had no effect. So I changed the 0 to 1, saved the search page, ran it, still no effect. Then I checked the Search Form properties again, and the 1 had reset to 0.

What's going on?
