You're going to need a database driven site which means php or asp depending on which host you're using.
There are some pre-built packages you can get to do this for you as if you're new to web design this is not straightforward. Even then, you still need to understand how to install them.

I'm afraid I can't give you any specific pakage as my host is playing up and I can't reach any sites apart from this one which is very odd. [&:]
