To all,
I was able to track it down using my friend Google.
ilead.itrack.it popups come from nedstat and Webstats4u
The Minuteman Foundation web site had the nedstat link. It had been there for three years before becoming intrusive.
Free. NOT!

I'm getting these on one of my websites now, too. I don't use netstat or Webstats4u, I use Google Analytics.
This is frustrating the heck out of me. Any clues?
EDIT: Found the culprit. Somebody had edited my footer template and inserted a Webstats4u counter in a 1x1 iframe. Argh!!!
